^^ nah most bots etc use the 14 day trial keys or buddy keys then float the money to the "legally" purchased account and then the start a new 14 day key with a new name etc

Do you mean trial accounts are trading thier money and goods to legally purchased accounts? Because to my knowledge trading was disabled for trial accounts. What do you mean, exactly?

Directly trading is, to the best of my knowledge.

but going outside a town and dropping stuff on the ground, isnt.

sry guys to spoil ur "trial key bots" fun but no a trial key can't trade with any one else or they cant drop items on the ground for others to get they can only sale to merch or destroy by way of the trash can icon in inventory but no trades or drops so out goes that theory if u odnt believe it just activate one of ur own trial keys u got when u bought the game u'll see

When I was completing the legendary skill hunter this weekend I had to do runs to Mineral Springs at least a half dozen times. Every time I was in there I went ahead and did an IDS run just for the heck of it. Its not my first time in there, I also have legendary cartographer. Not once ever in the entire time running the area top to bottom have I once dropped an IDS in the northeastern cave, even with 2 chests in there. This is throughout the history of my time playing GW, nearly a year and repeated attempts.

In combination with the insane amount of bots gathered in the Citadel this leads me to believe there is indeed a new farming code in place of sorts. I could never prove it, but it seems like with all the bots in MS the drops are literally crap in the neighboring zones. By comparison I did an early morning Sorrow's Furnace run top to bottom just this morning and dropped 5 golds from enemies and chests AND a Superior Vigor. I have to figure it was early enough for very few if anyone else to be in SF. I'd like to see some more takes on this.
